We bought our apartment in 2018. It is located in the luxery secure urbanisation Duquesa Village in Manilva (Prov. Malaga, Costa del Sol).
It is a bright apartment with Seaview of 123m2 on the 2nd floor. It consists of an entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, bright rooms, 2 terraces with seaview, seperated full equiped kitches, washing machine, 2 bathrooms, underground parking for 1 car, has an smart TV and WIFI. There are 6 apartments in one block. If you do not like swimming in the sea, there are also 5 swimming pools. You can see one of them from our terrace so you can have an eye on the kids :) .
You have after 15' walking access to several bars, restaurants and if you go down for 10' you have access tot all of the amenities of the port. Next to the port you find the authenic village Sabinillas. See below for a good impression of our authentic, unspoilt neighborhood
